WHO WE ARE
WE ARE SKYFRONT

A global insurance enterprise protecting companies that are shaping the future of emerging industries.
Our culture is built on curiosity, integrity, innovation, and superior capabilities. We look at insurance differently and leverage our experience, direct insurance and reinsurance relationships, and relentless customer focus to deliver exceptional service and unique risk solutions.
We provide risk management solutions through our licensed subsidiaries to help protect and preserve what is most important to our customers. With offices in the United States, London, and Bermuda we are able to access domestic and international reinsurance markets necessary to create comprehensive risk solutions our customers depend on.

INSURANCE SIMPLIFIED

Developing the right risk management strategy can be complicated and time consuming, let us do the heavy lifting.
Analyze
Skyfront starts by understanding your business needs and conducts a comprehensive policy review to identify gaps in coverage, review policy structure, endorsements and exclusions, coverage limits, follow form attributes and carrier strength.
Design
Next, we work together to design a custom risk management strategy that protects all aspects of your business and operations including coverage types, limits, deductibles, jurisdiction, endorsements, exclusions, additionally insureds, and available finance options.
Implement
We then go to market through our U.S. brokerage and international placement agencies to access insurance and reinsurance markets directly. We review all indications of coverage and policy documents, compare, present, and you select.

FOCUSED ON EMERGING INDUSTRIES

Emerging industries are often misunderstood, overlooked, and ignored by the general insurance community, making it difficult to obtain certain coverages, excess limits, and affordable pricing.
Skyfront specializes in emerging industries and tough to place risks. When coverage doesn't exist we utilize our international placement facilities, reinsurers, and underwriting partners to create new and unique coverage solutions.
SPECIALTY SOLUTIONS

In addition to standard commercial coverages, our clients need specialty solutions to enhance their existing risk management strategy, attract investment capital, and protect against catastrophic losses.
Directors & Officers
Directors and officers insurance (D&O) for private and public companies can cover defense costs and damages from wrongful acts, allegations, and lawsuits brought against a company's board members and/or officers directly resulting from their decisions.
Captives
Captives can be an alternative to self-insurance in which a company creates an insurance company to provide coverage for itself. By creating a captive, the company can reduce costs, insure difficult risks, access reinsurance markets, and increase cash flow.
Cyber Liability
Cyber insurance can help restore employee and customer identities, recover compromised data, and repair damaged computers and networks, whether your business is the victim of a data breach, password attack, ransomware, or phishing attack.
Crop Insurance
Crop insurance is designed to protect a farmers crop throughout the growing cycle, insuring against indoor and outdoor hazards such as fire, soot, water, hail, and temperature. Utilizing the property and crop policies together can help mitigate a large portion of risk.
Product Liability
An extension and subcategory of general liability that provides coverage in the event you are found liable due to a defective product that causes bodily injury or damage to a third party and consumption or use of products causing illness or unwanted side effects.
Reps & Warranties
Reps & warranties insurance is essentially breach of contract cover designed to enhance or replace the indemnification given by the seller to the buyer. Cover can include some of the unforeseen costs caused by any breaches of the seller's representations.
